Today: 1) Class will continue to read Chapter #3, focusing on the relationship between Hassan and Baba.
2) Students will finish reading Chapter #3. How does Baba feel about Hassan? Why is he disappointed with him? Class will discuss the ending of Chapter #3. What might his ending suggest about the future of Baba and Amir’s relationship?
Exit Slip: Describe Baba and Amir’s relationship. How is it similar/different from the relationship you have with your parents?
